Spa Policies

● All spa guests must be at least 16 years old.

● Please leave valuables at home or in your hotel room safe.

● A credit card is required to book all appointments to cover our 24-hour cancellation policy.

● The spa is a non-Smoking facility

● Please turn your cell phones off when entering the spa.

● Please speak quietly in ALL areas of the spa.

● Sorry there are no refunds on Gift Certificates.

● Swimsuits are required in our pool area.

● We do not allow you to bring alcohol to the Spa. We do offer One complimentary glass of wine. Alcohol is a contradiction to spa treatments and can affect you more than normal when using the hot tubs. We no longer offer wine by the bottle at the spa.

*With parties of 6 or more 18% gratuity will automatically be added for your services.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to your credit card if your miss your  appointment or fail to cancel within our cancellation policy
